Head of Marketing Technology Department (f/m/x)

The Marketing Technology department deals with online marketing, digital touchpoints for customers, and the further development of processes, tools, and data in marketing. As a department head, you actively contribute to the further development and implementation of the company strategy in your area. We encourage critical thinking and questioning, combined with a collaborative leadership style.

YOU

  • organize the department and the workflows together with the team and continuously develop them – this includes, among other things, an efficient project culture within the network, aligning the department towards the market and customers, as well as promoting ongoing digitalization
  • lead the group leaders of the Marketing Technology department in an active and results-oriented manner, support them in their tasks, encourage and demand cooperation within the department, and guide the team on leadership issues
  • make your contribution to the development of the marketing strategy and ensure its implementation in your department
  • ensure that the collaboration with our partners, such as Sales, IT, and market organizations, works well
