HR Specialist Reporting (f/m/x)

YOU

  • are responsible for the further development of HR Reporting at both local and international levels
  • take charge of building a global data structure as the foundation for meaningful reports and analyses
  • create user-friendly report formats and dashboards for executives to highlight trends and developments using key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • consistently ensure high data quality and compliance with legal regulations, especially in the area of data protection
  • serve as the point of contact for HR data related to customer surveys and sustainability topics
  • collaborate closely with local and international HR specialists, financial controllers, and executives

WE

  • are seeking an individual with solid knowledge, ideally having completed a degree in business administration or a relevant field, along with professional experience in HR Reporting
  • value your ability to communicate effectively in both German and English, as well as your capacity to work in a team and take initiative
  • expect you to possess a structured and analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of HR topics and processes
  • work with common tools such as MS OfficePower BI, and SAP HCM, so prior experience is advantageous
