YOU WILL

• Be the point of contact for our customers and handle orders from receipt to delivery, including date monitoring
• Represent our customers' concerns internally and thus act as the link between the customers and our specialist departments
• Be the first point of contact for our external sales staff
• Assist in preparing customer visits and maintain their master data
• Handle incoming complaints (shipping and transportation) professionally

WE

• Are seeking a motivated personality with a bachelor’s degree or technical background
• Constantly engage with customers – therefore, excellent language skills in Greek and English are important to us
• Work with SAP – practical user knowledge is therefore an advantage
• Seek a reliable team member who is motivated, proactive, and works carefully
