• are responsible for the development and expansion of our B2B e-commerce shop and play a significant role in the e-commerce strategy
• identify data-driven challenges in the customer journey, integrating market requirements accordingly
• create user stories, prioritize features with a 360-degree logic, always keeping our customers as the focal point
• are the link between departments such as sales, IT, and logistics and coordinate our external partners
• manage to break down complex challenges and take charge of their implementation
• are the primary contact in day-to-day business for different specialized areas and keep a firm grip on tasks
• have a pragmatic hands-on mentality and a detail-oriented approach to work

WE

• value solid education – a completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Digital Business, or a comparable qualification is necessary
• require professional experience in the e-commerce sector to fulfill the associated tasks
• appreciate knowledge in project management – ideally, you are a Scrum Master or have acquired other PM skills
• work cross-functionally and network with many other departments – you are communicative and can explain complex interrelations understandably in both German and English
