Blum manufactures flap, hinge, drawer, and pocket systems for furniture, which are delivered to over 120 markets. Did you know that our IT department has over 350 employees and has already reached the size of its own (large) company? This is associated with various cross-sectional tasks for which we need your active support, following the motto: ‘Run IT like a business.’

YOU

• identify and analyze our internal IT processes, create process documentation, and identify areas for improvement
• collaborate closely with IT architecture management, IT controlling, and the ITSM application manager to integrate IT processes into suitable IT tools
• ensure effective process management for IT processes, maintaining a balance between service and process orientation
• assist in organizing all IT services into a consistent taxonomy

WE

• have a good handle on our operational IT processes. Initially, your focus will be on cross-functional, non-operational IT processes (e.g., demand management, change, release, and configuration management)
• are currently working on a new IT strategy and initiatives that meet the current requirements of a corporate IT organization. Your support will be crucial for successful implementation
• value measurable success criteria for our performance. Your preference for concrete results and your use of appropriate methods to ensure this are highly appreciated
• appreciate your experience – ideally, you bring practical knowledge in process management, IT service management / ITIL, or comparable frameworks within the field of IT
