The family-owned company Blum manufactures lift-up, hinge, pull-out and pocket systems that are installed in furniture all over the world. Did you know that our "Mechanical Product Technologies and Simulation" department evaluates new technological possibilities, builds up technological expertise and makes this available to the "Product Systems" department? We are looking for an ambitious leader for our group that deals with simulation technologies and method development.

YOU

•  lead a team of simulation experts in a respectful work environment, supporting your team members in their professional and personal development
• collaboratively develop simulation disciplines and methods with your team, aligned with the strategic direction, and successfully implement them
• are responsible for allocating and prioritizing capacities for project work within your group
• ensure the smooth deployment of hardware and software solutions for simulations and prepare them for the future

WE

• are looking for someone who has successfully completed a degree in engineering, specializing in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field
• expect an empathetic personality with professional experience in the simulation field, strong technical and methodological competence, and a passion for interacting and exchanging ideas with people
• appreciate if you already have experience as a leader, and we aim to support your smooth transition into this new role
