Blum manufactures flap, hinge, pull-out and pocket systems for furniture, which are supplied to over 120 markets. For over a year now, we have had our own group that takes care of in-house consulting for Blum. We are looking for reinforcement for this group.

YOU

• work on strategic and cross-functional topics, establishing connections between different business areas and projects
• coordinate and guide projects in the role of project management, effectively applying project management methods
• actively support the personal development of our junior in-house consultants
• moderate confidently, helping teams arrive at shared, viable solutions. You act as a bridge between various stakeholders
• have an interest in organizational questions with a high degree of novelty and potential for change
• enjoy bringing employees from different areas together, contributing your own ideas, and facilitating appropriate decisions
