YOU

  • advise and support employees in a defined business area on HR matters throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
  • act as a sparring partner for executives in personnel-related decisions and actively listen to your clients’ concerns
  • take responsibility for implementing and further developing HR processes and strategies
  • build trustworthy relationships and collaborate within a network between departments and HR experts
  • recognize trends and actively contribute to projects related to the Employee Life Cycle
