YOU

  • design and optimize processes for non-conformity management in production
  • analyze existing processes, identify weaknesses, and develop improvement measures
  • define standards, documentation, and tools for the efficient processing of deviations
  • work closely with production, quality management, and supply chain management to establish sustainable solutions
  • drive forward the digitalization of processes: we rely in particular on SAP as our central system

WE

  • expect experience in process design and management, ideally in a production or quality environment
  • value analytical skills, a systematic approach, and a high level of quality awareness
  • require strong communication and moderation skills, in for collaboration with various stakeholders. Verbal and written proficiency in Englisch and German
  • welcome a pragmatic, solution-oriented personality with an eye for continuous improvement
