YOU

• are the point of contact for our customers and handle orders from order entry through delivery of the products
• represent the concerns of our customers internally and thus serve as the link between the customers and the internal departments
• are the first point of contact for our field sales employees
• are assisting in the preparation of customer visits and maintaining our customer master data
• handle incoming complaints (related to shipping and transport) in a professional manner

WE

•  value a good education – you have successfully completed a commercial education (such as HLW, HAK, etc.) or have relevant professional experience
• constantly exchange information with customers and our local sales company – strong language skills in German are essential
• Working with SAP – practical user knowledge is therefore advantageous
• are looking for a reliable team member who is motivated, proactive, and works diligently
